Delivery Charges

Maison de Nour offers free delivery within Dubai for orders valued at AED 500 or more. Deliveries to other Emirates are subject to the following charges:

Sharjah – Free Delivery
Ajman – Free Delivery
Abu Dhabi – AED 600
Al Ain – AED 600
Ras Al Khaimah – AED 600
Fujairah – AED 600

Delivery Process

Once your order has been placed and confirmed, our team will contact you before delivery to arrange a suitable date and time. Deliveries may be scheduled during morning or afternoon time slots, and someone must be present at the location to receive, inspect, and sign for the order.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all ordered items can fit safely through service lifts, doorways, corridors, stairways, and other entrances leading to the property. If you have concerns about access or available space, please contact Maison de Nour before confirming your order to avoid damage or delivery complications.

Standard Delivery Time

Our standard production and delivery time is approximately six to eight weeks, while selected items may be completed within approximately five weeks. Timelines depend on our current production workload, and public holidays are not included. Custom modifications to an item’s dimensions, shape, materials, or design may require additional production time. Please contact our team before ordering if you would like to confirm the current estimated completion date. Maison de Nour cannot be held responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
